L'Échelle is an NPO launched in 2021 in Montreal.
Born in the midst of a real estate crisis, exacerbated by a global pandemic, the rise of the private sector in Montreal real estate, and the weakening of the public and community sector were the triggers behind its creation. L'Échelle's vision is to create a portfolio of affordable properties that contribute to the social, cultural and economic life of Greater Montreal.
